When I think of real estate transactions in my life, for my wife and I, they for the most part have revolved around the purchase or sale of our personal property. Having moved several times in my life we have had the experiences that only having lived through the act itself would you fully understand.

For example, we have tried to void ourselves of getting personally attached to our home dwellings when it came time to selling, although try as we may it does get personal. That’s where I believe Bob and Deb Cilk have shown their expertise - with empathetic understanding and their genuine outstanding listening skills.

Almost anyone can learn the process of transacting a sale or purchase of a property through good study and schooling, but the psychological understanding of what real live people go through during that experience is a whole other matter, and the unique blend of talents that both Bob and Deb Cilk provide in their understanding of the formal, and legal transaction process, combined with the emotional and psychological human involvement and understanding I think very few others provide such a well rounded mixture of talents.
